REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At X Emirates, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product hygiene and quality standards. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped. If the order has not been dispatched, eligible payments will be refunded according to this policy.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may contact our support team for assistance regarding delivery issues.

  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

A. Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging.

Upon verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund, at our sole discretion.

B. Unopened and Unused Product

A refund may be approved only if:

  • The product is unused.
  • The product remains sealed in its original packaging.
  • The product is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
  • The return request is approved by X Emirates.
  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • The product has been opened or used.
  • The product seal has been broken.
  • The customer is dissatisfied with expected results.
  • Minor variations in packaging or appearance.
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Delivery failure caused by customer unavailability.
  • Refusal to accept delivery.
  • Failure to collect the package from the courier.

Example: If a customer is unavailable to receive the parcel and the shipment is returned to us, shipping charges incurred for dispatch and return will not be refunded.

  1. COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to pay ₹100 in advance as a shipping and handling charge.

This ₹100 advance payment is non-refundable if:

  • The customer refuses delivery.
  • The customer is unavailable to receive the package.
  • The order is returned due to delivery failure caused by the customer.
  • The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address.

The ₹100 amount is collected to cover courier and logistics expenses and is therefore non-refundable in such situations.

  1. Prepaid Orders

For fully prepaid orders returned because the customer was unavailable, refused delivery, or provided an incorrect address:

  • The product amount may be refunded after the package is successfully returned to us and inspected.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Any return shipping costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
  1. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or by bank transfer, as applicable.

Refund processing may take approximately 7–14 business days after approval.
